02Required documents
Documents depend on the route. Most applications need:
- a passport valid for at least 12–18 months with blank pages;
- a recent passport-style photograph;
- proof of the purpose of stay (employment, investment, retirement, family or study);
- a sponsor — Touchstone arranges a compliant sponsor where one is required;
- proof of funds, health insurance or accommodation where the route requires it.

03Processing time
Timelines are set by Indonesian Immigration and vary by route and season. Short-stay visas are usually measured in days; KITAS applications in weeks. We give you a realistic estimate for your specific route and keep you updated — never a promise we cannot keep.
